Hotel Policies:

Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Full settlement of outstanding dues is required at the time of check-out.
• Government-approved Photo ID with Address Proof is mandatory for all guests.
• Guests without valid ID may be denied check-in, and such cases will be treated as No Show" without any refund.
• Unmarried couples within a 100 km radius are not allowed.
• Underage couples are strictly not permitted.
• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. ₹1,000 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.
• We do not offer any FOC (Free of Charge) policy.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation within 10 days of arrival: 50% retention charges apply.
2. Cancellation within 5 days of arrival or No Show: 100% retention applies.
3. For group bookings: Cancellation within 15 days will attract one-night retention at the confirmed rate.
